CANCELLATION POLICY
Need to cancel? No problem, we understand that life happens and plans change! You can cancel or reschedule via your confirmation text/email at least 24 hours or more before your appointment. Out of respect for your Esthetician's time, cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% fee automatically charged to the card on file. You are allowed to reschedule once with the same deposit however after that, the 50% deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new date. No shows will be automatically charged 100% of the appointment total balance and will be restricted from booking at Soulma in the future. Honestly, I absolutely hate charging fees—I much prefer spending that time working my magic on you! I will always do my best to be flexible and work with you whenever I can. All I ask is that you please be mindful of the time you reserve.🤎
